東風｜KOTI coffee cabinet

Was skeptical reading the reviews but decided to give this place a go. I didn’t encounter any experience that the previous reviews had mentioned about the clerk being rude. There are signs on the tables asking to share the seating and to have 1 hour seating if the place is crowded. She is reserved and has a softly spoken voice. The venue was quiet and peaceful with a few people. The coffee was strong and was to my liking.

My favorite, hidden, quiet cafe in Shinjuku. I found this beautiful cafe a couple of months ago and it has become my favorite spot for a cup of coffee, a sweet and some reading time during the week. I like the stylish but simple design, the quiet atmosphere, and the light coming through the big window and glass door. The latte is delicious and well balanced, but really the highlight in this place are the handmade sweets. I've tried a few and they're all delicious. The chocolate cookie is absolutely amazing!!

Stellar coffee place, with a super neat atmosphere and delicious coffee. You can tell the coffee is prepared with care — highly recommended!

Beautiful cafe with exceptional coffee and tranquil space. The service was amazing and a real pleasure to sit and enjoy a drink and delicious scone. The music playlist is also so good!! Shazam on :) Will absolutely return. Oh and also they have oat milk :))) Thank you :)

The coffee was incredible! I got a hazelnut latte with oat milk and my friend got a latte. We both agreed that this was the best coffee we’ve ever had. The owner is very kind too! We had bought a pineapple to eat, but realized that we had no way of cutting it. We very very embarrassed to ask the owner if he could cut it for us, but he had no problem with it and even asked us how he should cut it. I highly recommend visiting this cafe!

Super coffee. Simple, no frills. Friendly service. Limit seating. Only frustration is the opening hours. Personally, I want coffee in the mornings, and this is not open on the mornings.

One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in Tokyo. It’s mesmerizing just to sit there and watch the barista pour all his heart and soul into what he undoubtedly loves to do. It’s a place where you sit back, let the time be still, and admire the art and craft that would go into making a perfect cup of coffee. The dessert is fantastic, too. I visited the shop a few times with my baby girl and the barista went out his way to help me with the stroller every time. I love this place and hope to return during my next visit to Tokyo soon!

Love this coffee shop. Owner is super nice and welcoming. He makes all of the pastries, which are delicious. Place is a vibe!
